EXW (EX Works)<\/h5>\n

Significa que el vendedor cumple su obligaci\u00f3n de entrega cuando pone la mercanc\u00eda, en su establecimiento (f\u00e1brica, almac\u00e9n, etc.), a disposici\u00f3n del comprador.<\/p>\n

El incoterm EXW se puede utilizar con cualquier tipo de transporte o con una combinaci\u00f3n de ellos. FCA (Free Carrier)<\/h5>\n

El vendedor cumple su obligaci\u00f3n de entregar la mercanc\u00eda cuando la pone despachada en aduana para la exportaci\u00f3n, a cargo del transportista nombrado por el comprador o persona designada por \u00e9l en el lugar o punto fijado, si no es as\u00ed el vendedor podr\u00e1 escoger dentro de la zona estipulada el lugar o punto de entrega. El vendedor paga el flete del transporte de la mercanc\u00eda hasta el destino mencionado. El riesgo de p\u00e9rdida o da\u00f1o de la mercanc\u00eda, as\u00ed como cualquier gasto adicional debido a acontecimientos que ocurran despu\u00e9s del momento en que la mercanc\u00eda haya sido entregada al transportista, se transfiere del vendedor al comprador cuando la mercanc\u00eda ha sido entregada a la custodia del transportista, habiendo abonado el vendedor el seguro de la mercanc\u00eda.<\/p>\n
